Abstract:

The present application provides a cathode sheet. The cathode sheet comprises a first winding end and a second winding end along a length direction. The cathode sheet further comprises a cathode current collector and a first cathode active layer. The first cathode active layer is disposed on the surface of the cathode current collector. The first cathode active layer comprises a first end part located at the first winding end. A first notch or a first barrier layer is provided at the corner of the first end part. The present application also provides an electrode assembly having the cathode sheet.
