Abstract:
Disclosed is a catwalk for automatically transporting pipes. The catwalk comprises a ramp (6), a support beam (5), outriggers (4), and a base (3). The bottom end of the ramp (6) is movably connected to one end of the base (3); the support beam (5) is mounted on the base (3); the center line of the support beam (5) coincides with that of the base (3); and the outriggers (4) are mounted symmetrically and evenly on both sides of the base (3). The catwalk further comprises first tilting devices (1) and a second tilting device (2), wherein the number of the first tilting devices (1) is M, M being greater than or equal to 2. The first tilting devices (1) are fixedly connected to the base (3) and are evenly distributed on both sides of the base (3); the second tilting device (2) is fixedly connected to the support beam (5), and the center line of the second tilting device (2) coincides with that of the support beam (5). The use of two four-bar linkages avoids dead center positions during the movement process of pipes, so that the operation safety of personnel is ensured, and the transportation track during the entire pipe transportation process is safe and controllable, thereby increasing the automation level and efficiency of the device and making the operation reliable.
