Abstract:

Provided is a caulking jig that can calibrate the height of a blade part in a state where a protruding member has been retracted, and thereby enables an NC machine tool to be applied, and that can make the heights of upper ends of spacer members uniform by plastically deforming edge portions of holes in a state where the positions of the spacer members have been corrected. A caulking jig (10) includes a body (11), a blade part (12), a protruding member (13), an urging member (14) and a locking means (15). In a state of not being locked by the locking means (15), the protruding member (13) is held at a protruding position (P1) at which a leading end (31) thereof is made to protrude beyond a blade tip (12A) by an urging force of the urging member (14). In a state of being locked by the locking means (15), the protruding member (13) is held at a withdrawn position (P2) at which the leading end (31) thereof is made to be withdrawn from the blade tip (12A) by resisting the urging force of the urging member (14).
