Abstract:
Provided is a caution device (30) for a raising/lowering liftgate; the device is disposed on a raising/lowering liftgate (20) and the raising/lowering liftgate (20) is disposed at the rear door (15) corresponding to the rear end of a freight truck body (10). The caution device (30) has a processing unit (31); said processing unit (31) is connected to a plurality of sensing components (34), and said plurality of sensing components (34) may be used for detecting whether the load plate (21) of the raising/lowering liftgate has been activated to operate or reset its position. The processing unit (31) is electrically connected to a plurality of caution lights (32) arranged as positions such as the peripheral edge and bottom surface of the load plate (21), and the processing unit is connected to a power supply (36); thus the sensing components (34) are used to detect the movement of the load plate (21) of the raising/lowering liftgate, then activate the caution lights (32) to generate an illuminated caution signal or an audible caution signal so as to alert pedestrians or other drivers passing by to pay attention. The caution device actively makes alerts and does not fail to perform its alert function in cases of human negligence, thereby improving safety when the raising/lowering liftgate is being used.
