Disclosed are a cavity filter and radio frequency communication equipment. The cavity filter comprises a cavity, a cover plate, a signal transmission rod, a nut and a metal resilient washer ring. The signal transmission rod passes through the cover plate and then passes through a via hole in a circuit board. The metal resilient washer ring is sleeved onto the signal transmission rod and radially clamps tight onto the signal transmission rod, and the metal resilient washer ring connects the signal transmission rod to a signal transmission point on the circuit board. The signal transmission point is a metal coating layer surrounding the via hole in the circuit board. The nut is connected to a thread on the signal transmission rod, and axially presses the metal resilient ring onto the metal coating layer on the circuit board. The cavity filter provided by the embodiment of the present invention provides an improvement to the way of connecting a circuit board to a signal transmission rod, which can eliminate the effects on structure and function caused by errors in the relative positioning of the signal transmission rod and the signal transmission point on the circuit board, so as to ensure good contact between the signal transmission rod and the signal transmission point on the circuit board.
