Abstract:
Provided is a cavity mould capable of being precisely positioned. The cavity mould comprises a fixed mould (1) and a moving mould (2), wherein a plurality of positioning protrusions (21) are arranged on an upper end surface of the moving mould; a plurality of positioning recesses fitted with the positioning protrusions are arranged on the fixed mould; a side face of each positioning protrusion that faces the middle part of the moving mould is a positioning working face; and a side face of each positioning recess that is away from the middle part of the fixed mould is attached to the corresponding positioning working face. According to the mould, a plurality of positioning lugs are designed on the upper end surface of the moving mould, and the direction of an acting force applied to the fixed mould by each positioning lug is toward the middle part of the fixed mould, such that the deformation of the fixed mould can be counteracted during die-casting. The cavity mould is simple in structure, and can be widely applied in the technical field of moulds.
