Abstract:
In a CCTV lens in which zoom adjustment and focus adjustment are performed using a motor, the number of connections between a control unit and the motor drive lead lines and position detector signal lines is reduced and lens control is simplified. The substrate of the control unit is configured of flexible circuits, a microcomputer being provided on the flexible circuits, and a control unit being provided along the outer edge of the lens body. A pulse motor is used for zoom adjustment and focus adjustment, a drive voltage being applied directly from the flexible circuits to the input terminals of the pulse motor. Also, the microcomputer is connected by a serial communication line with an external control device, the motors of the CCTV lens being controlled on the basis of commands from the external control device.
