Abstract:
Disclosed is a carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) system for mining a heavy oil reservoir on the basis of an optimal flue gas CO2 enrichment ratio, comprising a flue gas CO2 enriching unit, a flue gas injection unit, a heavy oil thermal production well group unit and a produced gas recovery unit; the flue gas CO2 enriching unit comprises: an air separating and enriching unit and a boiler injection gas premixing tank; the air separating and enriching unit comprises: an air separating primary device, which is used for preliminarily separating air into oxygen and nitrogen; an air separating secondary device, which is used for further enriching part of the preliminarily separated oxygen; the boiler injection gas premixing tank is used for mixing the preliminarily separated nitrogen, part of the preliminarily separated oxygen and/or further enriched oxygen. Compared with traditional CCUS systems and processes, the CCUS system may be adjusted in real time on the basis of a flue gas CO2 enrichment ratio so as to directly inject boiler flue gas after purification, change CO2 capture into flue gas CO2 enrichment, and greatly reduce the energy consumption of a CO2 capture chain during a CCUS process.
