Abstract:
Disclosed are a cefaclor pharmaceutical composition and effects thereof for protecting acute lung injuries. The cefaclor pharmaceutical composition provided in the present invention comprises cefaclor and a naturally produced compound (I) having a new structure and isolated from dry roots and stems of Acorus tatarinowii. When used independently, cefaclor and the natural product can prevent and treat lung injuries. When the two are used in conjunction, the lung injuries preventing and treating effects are further improved, which can be developed into medications for preventing and treating lung injuries. Compared to prior art, the present invention is more substantive and shows significant improvement.
