Provided are a ceiling lamp patch and a smart ceiling lamp patch. The ceiling lamp patch comprises a lamp shade (1), a lamp panel (2) and a power source (4). The lamp shade (1) is annular; a rear side of the lamp shade (1) is provided with a lamp panel mounting opening (11); an annular ring of the lamp shade (1) is internally provided with a power source shell (3) connected to the lamp shade (1); the lamp panel (2) is annular to adapt to the lamp shade (1); a rear side of the lamp panel (2) is provided with multiple magnetic attraction columns (5); the lamp panel (2) is disposed inside the lamp shade (1) via the lamp panel mounting opening (11); the magnetic attraction columns (5) extend out of the lamp panel mounting opening (11); and the power source (4) is disposed inside the power source shell (3). The ceiling lamp patch is used as a replacement accessory when a ceiling lamp is damaged, the replacement operation is convenient, and the components, such as the lamp shade, a shell and a radiator, of an original ceiling lamp can be retained for continuous use, thus saving on the replacement cost.
