Abstract:
A ceiling-type indoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention comprises: a case housing which is installed to hang from an indoor ceiling, and which has an opening formed through the bottom surface thereof; a front body which covers the bottom surface of the case housing, and which has an intake opening and a discharge opening formed downward; a vane module which is separably coupled to the front body, and which is arranged to cover the discharge opening; and an intake grill which is separably coupled to the front body, and which is arranged to cover the intake opening. The vane module comprises: a first module body which is arranged on one side of the discharge opening, which is positioned beneath the front body, and which is assembled such that the same can be separated downward with regard to the front body; a second module body which is arranged on the other side of the discharge opening, which is positioned beneath the front body, and which is assembled such that the same can be separated downward with regard to the front body; at least one vane, one side and the other side of which are coupled to the first module body and the second module body, respectively, and which rotates relative to the first module body and the second module body; a vane motor installed on one of the first module body and the second module body so as to provide the vane with driving power; a first fastening hole which is arranged in the first module body, which is arranged downward, and which is formed to penetrate the first module body; a first fastening member fastened to the front body through the first fastening hole; a second fastening hole which is arranged in the second module body, which is arranged downward, and which is formed to penetrate the second module body; and a second fastening member fastened to the front body through the second fastening hole. When the first fastening member and the second fastening member are separated from the first fastening hole and the second fastening hole, the vane module is separated downward with regard to the front body.
