Abstract:
A cell autophagy inhibitor containing a Rubiaceae-type cyclic peptide as an active ingredient, the cyclic peptide being RA-V or RA-XII. The autophagy inhibitor is used to inhibit KRAS mutations, particularly KRAS-dependent tumor cell protective autophagy, and promote tumor cell apoptosis. The inhibitor is preferably a nanomicelle injection, and is applicable to the preparation of medicaments for treating and preventing KRAS-related cancer, including colon cancer, rectal cancer, lung cancer, and pancreatic cancer.
