Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cell carrier for skin tissue regeneration using chitooligosaccharide and a method for producing the same. The cell carrier of the present invention comprises fish collagen (FC), alginate (A), and chitooligosaccharide (COS1) of 1-3 kDa, and thus has excellent biocompatibility with dermal fibroblasts and has an excellent effect of being utilized as a cell carrier for skin tissue regeneration.
