Abstract:
The present invention presents a cell control device and a cell control method, which can improve, in a wireless environment in which a plurality of small cells are constructed within a macro cell, the data processing capacity and speed in each cell by cancelling inter cell interference occurring because of the transmission of a system information block (SIB), through a method of reducing or eliminating the transmission frequency of the SIB transmitted by a broadcasting method in each cell.
