Abstract:

A culture container according to the present invention has a first inflow port and a first outflow port. A first flow channel connects the first outflow port and the first inflow port. A retention container is provided in the first flow channel, and has a second inflow port connected to the first outflow port, and a second outflow port connected to the first inflow port. A second flow channel connects a first portion in the first flow channel, positioned between the second outflow port and the first inflow port, and a second portion in the first flow channel, positioned between the second inflow port and the first outflow port. A division processing part is provided in the second flow channel, and performs division processing for dividing a cell aggregation flowing in from the first flow channel via the first portion and causes cells subjected to the division processing to flow out into the first flow channel via the second portion. A culture medium supply part supplies a culture medium to the first flow channel.
