Abstract:
Provided is a cell culture chip that enables observation of an interaction among cells in the state of having orientation properties without separately using a driving mechanism. The cell culture chip comprises: a first culture chamber in which cells can be cultured; a second culture chamber in which cells can be cultured independently from the first culture chamber; a first well which is connected to the first culture chamber and in which a liquid can be pooled; a second well which is connected to the second culture chamber and in which a liquid can be pooled; and a connection part which allows a first liquid pooled in the first well to flow from the first well into the second well, when the liquid surface of the first liquid reaches or exceeds a preset height position.
