Abstract:
This cell culture device is provided with a storage tank having one or more cell culture units. The cell culture units each have: a first liquid storage chamber that has an airtight structure, and in which a liquid is stored; a second liquid storage chamber in which the liquid is stored; a culture medium storage chamber that has a culture medium storage space in which a culture medium for cells is stored; a permeable diaphragm of which one surface, to which the cells can adhere, faces the culture medium storage space; and a liquid lead-out flow path that leads the liquid, which has the first liquid storage chamber as the supply source thereof, from the space at the side of the other surface of the diaphragm to the second liquid storage chamber. The storage tank has a vent hole that supplies and discharges a gas to and from the first liquid storage chamber.
