Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cell culture medium containing a blue green algae spirulina extract, a preparation method therefor, and a method for culturing cells by using the same and, more particularly, to a cell culture medium containing a blue green algae spirulina extract which is prepared by isolating a blue green algae spirulina extract from a blue green algae Spirulina sp. material and then filtering the blue green algae spirulina extract, a preparation method therefor, and a cell culturing method using the same. The cell culture medium containing a blue green algae spirulina extract according to the present invention (Spirulina Animal Cell Culture Solution, SACCS) can be usefully used as an alternative to serum for cell culture.
