Abstract:
The method for culturing and producing chromosomes can be carried out in a laboratory with basic features, since the method does not require laminar flow cabinets or sterile areas, allows the preservation of the blood cells for producing chromosomes to be managed easily, and can be used as research material and teaching material for use in laboratory practicals in schools and universities, especially in areas of biology, medicine and biotechnology.
