Title:
CELL CULTURE SUBSTRATE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/116902
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention provides a cell culture substrate comprising a block polymer of a segment having a lower critical solution temperature and a hydrophobic segment, the cell culture substrate being characterized in that the degree of polymerization of said segment having a lower critical solution temperature is from 400 to 10000. Also provided is a cell culture substrate in which the hydrophobic segment is obtained by polymerizing a monomer having a specific structure. Also provided is a cell culture substrate characterized by being layered on a support. Also provided is a cell culture substrate having an average film thickness of 1000 nm or less.
