Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cell culture vessel from which cells can be detached when a temperature or a pH value in the cell culture vessel is changed.
The present invention is a cell culture vessel for culturing cells, wherein a stimulation-responsible material is provided on the surface of the cell culture vessel and the stimulation-responsible material contains a temperature-responsible molecule, a pH-responsible molecule and a cell-adhesive molecule. In the stimulus-responsible material, there are multiple (temperature-responsible molecule)-(pH-responsible molecule) bonding structures.
