Abstract:
[Problem] To address the problem of obtaining a cell culturing member which enables a structure of a cell culturing assembly to be controlled in three dimensional directions. [Solution] A cell culturing member (1) in which a patterned and layered hydrogel part (12), and a layered culturing part (13) which covers the hydrogel part (12) are formed on a substrate (11). A surface of the culturing part is a first cell seeding surface (14). The hydrogel part (12) is permeated by a cell growth factor, and the thickness of the hydrogel part enables a controlled release of the cell growth factor from the hydrogel part (12) to the culturing part (13) during the culturing period.
