Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a cell data transmission method and apparatus, and an electronic device, which belong to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: an electronic device acquiring target information, wherein the target information is at least one of the following: target location information and target travel information, the target location information being used for indicating the current geographical location of the electronic device, and the target travel information being used for indicating the travel of a user of the electronic device; when the target information indicates that a block where the electronic device is located switches from a first block to a second block, the electronic device sending a request message to a network device, wherein the request message is used for requesting the network device to issue cell quality data; and the electronic device receiving the cell quality data in the second block that is sent by the network device.
