Abstract:
Disclosed is a cell-free reaction system, comprising a DNA/RNA template and a cell extract, the cell extract being a gene-knockdown cell extract. Further disclosed are multiple cell-free reaction systems for analysis and detection, which exhibit significant advantages in the detection of the heavy metal ions As 3+ and Hg 2+, the detection of the organic molecule group sensing molecules AHLs, the detection of RNAs, the detection of benzoic acid, and the detection of the metal ion Zn 2+, and have wider application and development prospects. Further disclosed are a method for detecting an analyte using a cell-free reaction system, and use of a gene-knockdown cell extract in a cell-free reaction system.
