Abstract:
The method according to the present invention includes: acquiring an emission image of an emission reporter protein in a first cell population that contains cells into which nucleic acid encoding an initialization factor required for somatic cell initialization and nucleic acid encoding an emission reporter protein constituted to undergo expression together with the initialization factor have been introduced; partitioning the first cell population into a plurality of second cell populations; acquiring an emission image of the emission reporter protein for the second cell populations; selecting cells of interest from the first cell population; and identifying the cells of interest in the plurality of second cell populations.
