Abstract:
A cell image processing device (1) comprises: a cell number change rate-calculating unit (4) which processes any two images, from among a plurality of images acquired by imaging cells at time intervals and input thereinto, and calculates a cell number change rate that means a change in cell number in a first area per unit time; a cell inflow rate-calculating unit (5) which processes any two images and calculates a cell inflow rate that means the number of cells flowing into a second area per unit time; a cell outflow rate-calculating unit (6) which processes any two images and calculates a cell outflow rate that means the number of cells flowing out from a second area per unit time; and a proliferation rate-calculating unit (7) which calculates a cell proliferation rate in a third area in each image per unit time on the basis of the cell number change rate, cell inflow rate and cell outflow rate calculated above.
