Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention embodiment is a cell-locking method, comprising: creating an adjacent cell list when a service group status is determined as idle; creating a cell-to-be-locked list according to preset cell-locking conditions and said adjacent cell list; locking a cell according to said cell-to-be-locked list. Further disclosed in the present invention embodiment are a cell-locking terminal and a storage medium.
