Abstract:
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of communications. Provided are a cell management method/apparatus/device/storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring configuration information of at least one candidate cell and/or candidate cell group configured by a network device (101a); determining an initial configuration state of the candidate cell and/or the candidate cell group (102a), wherein the initial configuration state comprises at least one of an initial activation state of the configuration of the candidate cell, an initial activation state of the configuration of the candidate cell group, an initial cell type, and an initial cell group type; and managing the candidate cell and/or the candidate cell group on the basis of the configuration information and the initial configuration state (103a). The cell management method provided in the present disclosure can be used to selectively activate a cell and/or a cell group (CG), such that when the CG to which a UE is connected changes, there is no need for a network device to reconfigure a cell to be activated or to reinitialize the configuration of said cell, and instead, a cell or a CG can be selectively activated directly on the basis of the method of the present disclosure, thereby reducing the signaling overhead and the duration of interruption caused by CG change.
