Abstract:
The present application discloses a cell and a manufacturing method therefor, a battery, and an electronic device. The method for manufacturing a cell comprises: providing a positive electrode sheet substrate; providing a positive electrode active material on the surface of the positive electrode sheet substrate to form a first positive electrode active material layer; and providing a second positive electrode active material layer in an edge region of the first positive electrode active material layer, the conductivity of the second positive electrode active material layer being not greater than 10^(-10) S/m. By providing a second active material layer having a conductivity not greater than 10^(-10) S/m in an edge region of a positive electrode sheet of a battery cell, the phenomenon of lithium metal deposition occurring in a negative electrode sheet of the cell can be reduced, thereby improving the service life of the cell.
