Abstract:
In this cell observation device, a cell state determination unit determines whether each cell observed on a phase image created through phase calculation processing and image reconstruction processing based on hologram data is in an undifferentiated state or a state deviated from undifferentiated. A display processing unit arranges and displays, in different regions on a cell determination results display screen (50): a cell determination result image (52) in which a mark indicating the state determination result of each cell is superimposed on the phase image; a reduced image (56) having a frame mark (56a) indicating the position and size of the cell determination result image (52) superimposed on the image of the overall region to be observed; and a cell list (58) in which information such as determination results for each cell is posted. Cells displayed in the cell list (58) can be narrowed down in accordance with conditions such as well identification number, cell state determination result, and evaluation results relating to the determination results. An operator can thereby efficiently carry out operations such as cell removal while confirming the determination results of the cell state by using images and a list.
