Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cell observation information processing system that can reduce to the utmost the labor of user input operations for tags to be applied to observation information for cells and the like and reduce error rates in tagging. [Solution] The cell observation information processing system is provided with a tag acquisition unit (11) that acquires a tag set for searching for observation information acquired in correspondence with acquisition instructions at a single point in time and a storage unit (12) that applies the tag set to the observation information and stores the same in a recording unit (13). The tag acquisition unit automatically acquires or generates a candidate tag set as a candidate for a tag set to be applied to the observation information and also accepts instructions by a user to change from the candidate tag set to another tag set. When no change instructions are received, input of another tag set by the user will not be accepted, and the candidate tag set is acquired as the tag set to be applied. When change instructions are received, input of another tag set by the user will be accepted, and the other tag set that is accepted will be acquired as the tag set to be applied.
