Title:
CELL PEELING DEVICE AND CELL PEELING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/248527
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining a cell peeling device and a cell peeling method that can quickly peel a cell aggregate from a culture container in a non-contact manner. A cell peeling device 10 is for peeling a cultured cell aggregate 1 from a culture container 2 to which the cell aggregate is adhered, and comprises: an ultrasonic probe 12 that irradiates the cell aggregate from outside the culture container 2 with an ultrasonic beam 20 having a beam diameter which is smaller than the size of the cell aggregate; a movement mechanism unit 14 that makes it possible to change the relative positions of the culture container and the ultrasonic probe; an edge recognition unit 18 that is capable of recognizing an edge of the cell aggregate; and a control unit 19 that calculates the trajectory for moving the ultrasonic probe from the edge of the cell aggregate and the output value of the ultrasonic beam at the position on the trajectory and controls the movement mechanism unit and the ultrasonic probe.
