Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cell population including safe adhesive stem cells that maintain normal karyotypes, a production method therefor, and a pharmaceutical composition including said cell population. The present invention also provides a method for producing a cell population including adhesive stem cells, said method comprising obtaining a cell population in which the ratio of adhesive stem cells presenting positive for KCNAB1 is 85% or more in the cell population.
