Title:
CELL POPULATION INCLUDING MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR, AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/186421
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cell population which includes mesenchymal cells showing low cell aggregation and is useful for the intravenous administration of a cell preparation, a production method therefor, and a pharmaceutical composition which includes the cell population. The present invention provides a production method for a cell population which includes mesenchymal stem cells, wherein the production method involves obtaining a cell population having given cell characteristics (the cell population satisfies the conditions that the relative expression level of the COL11A1 gene to the expression level of the SDHA gene is 6.0 or lower, and that the relative expression level of the COL16A1 gene to the expression level of the SDHA gene is 1.5 or lower).
