Abstract:
Provided is a novel medical use for adipose tissue derived mesenchymal stem cells. It was discovered that adipose tissue derived mesenchymal stem cells (ASC) ameliorate erectile dysfunction and help recover the urge to urinate (ameliorate urinary incontinence). On the basis of said discovery, a cell preparation, which is effective towards erectile dysfunction or urinary incontinence and which contains adipose tissue derived mesenchymal stem cells, is provided. In one mode, adipose tissue derived mesenchymal stem cells and body fat are used concurrently.
