Abstract:
A cell quality identification method comprises: obtaining bandwidth part (BWP) data of a user within a target cell; calculating a user throughput rate of the target cell on the basis of the BWP data; and identifying the quality of the target cell on the basis of the user throughput rate of the target cell. According to the present disclosure, the accuracy with which cell quality is identified is increased, and misjudgment in identifying the cell quality is eliminated.
