Abstract:
Provided by the present application are a cell reselection method and a communication device. A first terminal device, after acquiring a first parameter related to a first air interface, determines that first frequency information of a second air interface has the highest priority according to the first parameter, the first air interface being a wireless communication interface between the first terminal device and a second terminal device, and the second air interface being a wireless communication interface between the first terminal device and a network device. In the described process, the first terminal device, when determining that the first frequency information of the second air interface has the highest priority, considers the first parameter related to the first air interface, which avoids the disadvantage of a resident cell not supporting service requirements of the first terminal device due to the frequency priority of a cell supporting V2X service being set as the highest priority.
