Abstract:
Provided in embodiments of the present disclosure are a cell reselection method, a terminal and a network device. The cell reselection method comprises: acquiring a reselection parameter of a terminal supporting an inactive status when reselecting to a target cell from an original cell, the original cell being a cell in a first radio access network notification area (RNA), and the target cell being a cell in a second RNA; the reselection parameter at least comprising: a parameter of a pre-determined target reselection time period and/or the target cell; reselecting to the target cell according to the reselection parameter and a reselection condition of the terminal reselecting to the target cell.
