Abstract:
Provided are a cell selection or access method executed by a flying user terminal, the flying user terminal, a neighbor relationship table maintenance method executed by a base station, and the base station. The cell selection or access method comprises: receiving, from a base station, indication information for indicating a support capability of at least one cell for a flying user terminal; and according to the indication information, selectively executing cell selection or access for one cell of the at least one cell. The maintenance method comprises: receiving indication information reported by a user terminal and indicating a neighbor cell; and according to whether the user terminal is a flying user terminal, selectively maintaining a neighbor relationship table according to the indication information.
