Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a cell selection or reselection method, apparatus and system. The cell selection or reselection apparatus is applied to a terminal device. The apparatus comprises: a first receiving unit for receiving related information sent by a network device and used for cell selection or reselection by using a first reference signal of a serving cell, and/or related information used for cell selection or reselection by using a second reference signal of the serving cell; and a processing unit for performing cell selection or reselection measurement by using the second reference signal of the serving cell.
