Title:
CELL-SPREADING METHOD AND CELL-SPREADING KIT FOR OBSERVING RARE CELLS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/073533
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a means for increasing the efficiency of recovering rare cells in a cell suspension by suppressing adsorption of the cells to the experimental equipment without inhibiting adsorption of the cells to a cell-spreading substrate. A cell-spreading method according to the present invention includes: a step for adding protein to a cell suspension in such an amount that the final concentration is 0.0001-0.1 %, or, preferably, 0.0005-0.01 % (protein adding step); and a step for making cells in the cell suspension, which has been subjected to the protein adding step, spread on, stand still on, and adsorb to a cell-spreading substrate in which the contact angle with water is equal to or greater than 60º or, preferably, 70-90º respect to (cell spreading step).
