Abstract:
The cell stack device according to the present disclosure is characterized by comprising a cell stack formed by connecting cells, a manifold for fixing the lower ends of the cells and supplying a reaction gas to gas flow channels of the cells, and a reaction gas supply pipe for supplying the reaction gas to the manifold, the reaction gas supply pipe being connected to the manifold, wherein: the manifold and the reaction gas supply pipe are made of metal; the manifold includes an insertion section for connecting the reaction gas supply pipe thereto, and further includes a first joining part that has a gap between the insertion section and the reaction gas supply pipe and that seals one end of the gap by joining of the insertion section and the reaction gas supply pipe; and in an arbitrarily defined cross-section along an insertion direction of the reaction gas supply pipe, the first joining part has a meniscus shape and the joint length of the first joining part and the reaction gas supply pipe is longer, in the insertion direction, than the thickness of the reaction gas supply pipe.
