Abstract:
A cellular network-based auxiliary driving method and a traffic control unit, for use in accurately evaluating risks and providing valuable safety warning for vehicles. The method comprises: determining a first pre-occurrence track of a first vehicle according to running state information of a first vehicle (S201), the first pre-occurrence track being a running track of the first vehicle which occurs in a preset duration starting from a current time point; when it is determined that a second pre-occurrence track of a second vehicle intersects with the first pre-occurrence track, sending warning information to the first vehicle (S202), the second pre-occurrence track being a running track of the second vehicle which occurs in a preset duration starting from a current time point.
