Abstract:
The present invention provides a cellulose-based biomass juicing method, whereby a cellulose-based biomass is chipped and, after prescribed pre-treatment is performed, juiced. The pre-treatment is a mechanical treatment whereby parenchyma constituting the cellulose-based biomass is crushed.
