Abstract:
[Problem] To efficiently combust combustible waste to thereby effectively utilize the same while maintaining a stable operation of a cement baking apparatus, and to shorten a work period in the case of remodeling an existing cement baking apparatus. [Solution] A cement baking apparatus 1 is provided with a tertiary air duct 6a which extends upward and then hangs down, a calcining furnace 3 the upper end of which is connected to the lower end of the hanging duct of the tertiary air duct, and a connecting duct 3a which connects the lower end of the calcining furnace to a rising duct 4 rising from the kiln bottom 5a of a cement kiln 5 toward a lowermost cyclone 2A, wherein: a raw material R2 and combustible waste W are supplied from a cyclone 2B positioned above the lowermost cyclone to the tertiary air duct; the raw material, etc. are introduced into the cement kiln via the calcining furnace, the connecting duct and the rising duct; a gas G2 flowing in the tertiary air duct is introduced into the lowermost cyclone via the calcining furnace, the connecting duct and the rising duct; and the waste gas from the cement kiln is introduced into the lowermost cyclone via the rising duct.
