Abstract:
A cement kiln rear portion and bypass waste heat boiler comprises a boiler body (1) disposed in a vertical structure, heat transfer surface tubes (3) disposed inside a flue of the boiler body (1), and a vibration ash removal device (7) corresponding to the heat transfer surface tubes (3). The heat transfer surface tubes (3) are disposed from top to bottom inside the flue of the boiler body (1). Each heat transfer surface tube (3) is vertically disposed in an integrated manner. The vibration ash removal device (7) is disposed at the bottom in a vertical direction of the heat transfer surface tubes (3), or disposed near the bottom in the vertical direction of the heat transfer surface tubes (3). During vibration ash cleaning, the heat transfer surface tubes (3) undergo ash cleaning as a whole, thereby achieving a favorable effect of vibration transmission and a significant effect of ash cleaning. The invention avoids ash deposit on a surface of a heat transfer surface tube (3), thereby effectively avoiding reduction of heat exchange efficiency of a heat transfer surface tube (3) caused by ash deposit.
