Abstract:
Disclosed is a cement plant kiln head clinker cooler exhaust gas waste heat superheater, comprising a steel frame and a heat exchange tube box. The heat exchange tube box is mounted on the steel frame, the bottom end of the heat exchange tube box is provided with an inlet flue, and the top end of the heat exchange tube box is provided with an outlet flue; a heat transfer surface is vertically provided inside the heat exchange tube box along the flow direction of flue gas, and the heat transfer surface is a film-type tube; and one side of the heat exchange tube box is provided with an inlet header and an outlet header from top to bottom. The present utility model solves the problems of severe abrasion of the heat transfer surface of the exhaust gas waste heat superheater, easy blocking of ash in the area of the heat transfer surface, and poor sealing of a furnace wall.
