Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a cement roller press finish grinding system and a working method. The cement roller press finish grinding system comprises a roller press, a first lifting machine, a combined separator, a second lifting machine, a loading chamber, a dust collection device, and a fan; the combined separator comprises an upper multi-rotor dynamic separator and a lower static separator; a discharge port of the first lifting machine is connected to a first feed port of the static separator; a discharge port of the static separator is connected to a feed port of the second lifting machine; a discharge port of the second lifting machine is connected to a feed port of the loading chamber; a discharge port of the loading chamber is connected to a feed port of the roller press; one end of the dust collection device is in communication with a second air outlet of the dynamic separator; and the other end of the dust collection device is in communication with the fan, and the outlet end of the fan is connected to a first air inlet of the static separator. The present invention has low costs and consumes little electricity power, while ensuring good working performance of a cement finished product.
