Abstract:
Disclosed is a center frame for the milling of a slender shaft part of valves, the center frame comprising a connecting base (101), wherein the connecting base is provided with an adjusting block (102) capable of ascending and descending, a left section of the top of the adjusting block is a part placement platform (102.3), a right section of the top of the adjusting block is provided with a second bearing (107), the left side of the top of the adjusting block is provided with a first bearing (106) capable of moving left and right, a part (108) is placed on the part placement platform (102.3) in a working state, the first bearing (106) and the second bearing (107) tightly abut against the part respectively from the left and right sides, and the central heights of the first bearing and the second bearing are higher than the central height of the part. The center frame has the advantages of convenient operation, good universality, fast feeding during milling, good runout, good smoothness, and fast rotation speed.
