Abstract:
This central control device (140) of a nuclear power plant monitors and controls the nuclear power plant. The central control device (140) is provided with: monitoring manipulation units (an alarm VDU (411), a conventional system VDU (412), and a safety system VDU (413) of an operation console (141)) which each function both as a display unit for displaying information (such as operation information and safety information) relating to the nuclear power plant and as a manipulation unit for manipulating the nuclear power plant; and a control unit (143) for controlling these monitoring manipulation units. Further, the control unit (143) selects an operation procedure manual corresponding to an input manipulation to the monitoring manipulation unit and causes the monitoring manipulation unit to display the operation procedure manual.
